Bahrain GP is on so Shane vows not to leave the house and I spend my morning plotting out what to do and see next week cos I'm sick of sitting around the house (or room as it were). Off to the Laundromat (Tip #? don't dry synthetics), the shops and later on the netcafe.

The weather is perfect today.

Damn sick of hearing Natalie Imbruglia's new song (they love her here) and this re-release of 'Is This The Way To Amarillo' by Tony Chrisite inspired by a film clip of some British comedian (Peter Kaye I think) miming along to it whilst walking down the road with various other recognisable English celebs. It's become huge which is an odd little phenomena.

Am reading a book a week at the moment and starting to think spending all this money on books is unwise (will research the library system unless anyone can offer me some advice) and also, can anyone recommend some good stuff to read. Thinking about getting into English lit but we shall see.
